With more than three decades in the industry, Michael leads MJF Lighting with an unwavering commitment to technical excellence and service. His hands-on experience and attention to detail across some of New Zealand’s largest productions drives the company’s reputation for reliability, consistency and exceptional service.
Blair McLaren
Blair oversees logistics, crew and coordination behind MJF Lighting’s nationwide operations. Known for his calm leadership and deep technical knowledge, he brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every project – ensuring seamless delivery from initial planning through to final pack-out.
